Cashstall does not accept responsibility for the delivery or retention of any user information between users and third parties. Nor does Cashstall accept and responsibility for the any accuracy of any such information.

Cashstall makes no warranty concerning any goods or services purchased or obtained via our service, or any transactions entered via our service.

Any information or material downloaded, or otherwise obtained through the use of our services, is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Cashstall is not responsible for any damage or loss of data that may arise from such material.

No subsequent transmission or agreement, oral or otherwise, will supersede the terms and conditions laid down in this agreement. If any sections of this agreement are found to be unenforceable or inactionable, the agreement will be enforced to the maximum possible extent. Any other provisions in this agreement will remain in force and no failure, by either party, to enforce such rights will act as a waiver of any of the aforementioned rights.

By registering with Cashstall, you assent that you have entered into no partnership, joint enterprise or employee relationship with the company.
